My room was a good size and it had twin beds. There was lots of storage space in the room. I found plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. The staff addressed my requests quickly.
The room I booked differed from the picture shown online, though it was adequate for my short stay.

the room included a fridge which i found really useful for keeping drinks cool. breakfast was available and the dining area looked clean and organised. staff helped me park close by and directed me efficiently.
the window in the room was a bit stiff.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The bathroom cleanliness was not acceptable. I saw mold on the shower curtain, and it was quite unpleasant. the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, quite off putting.

The beds were comfy. I slept well there.
the pictures online are not accurate, so I found it misleading. the tv did not work, and the room needed a good clean. i could not make tea or coffee because there was no kettle provided.

The staff was always available to help (very appreciated). my room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels provided. the atmosphere was lovely and cute. receptionist david was superb. He was always friendly, kind, and ready to assist with any needs.
the television remote in my room was not working properly, making it hard to use the tv.

The service i received was great and personable. They were quick to respond to requests. the staff offered assistance with carrying luggage. communication was excellent and efficient and they provided fresh towels upon request. i felt valued as a guest.
